Pocket Real Estate is a mobile app that provides access to MLS information anytime and anywhere. This app literally changes the way agents and brokers conduct their real estate business. By using Pocket Real Estate users spend less time in the office and more time prospecting, listing, and selling properties. The app was initially developed on the legacy Palm OS. AppsUnify worked on upgrading it to Windows Mobile and further integrated the app with users’ core applications including schedules, contacts, emails, and memos. As a result of its success Pocket Real Estate was later acquired by a larger player in the real estate market.

AppsUnify played a critical role in formulating, engineering, and deploying the next generation of the Pocket Real Estate app. This was a next generation strategy and development engagement intended to position the app as one of the most competitive in the real estate market utilizing the latest in GPS and GIS technologies and the other inherent features and characteristics of modern mobile devices. The app ultimately attained the status of being one of the most widely used in its class, and at the time of its acquisition it had an install base of over 50,000 users with a forecast to reach over 250,000 in under 3 years.
