Dec. 16 (UPI) -- Mobile apps designed to support people with depression, anxiety and insomnia provide relief from the symptoms of these troubling disorders, particularly under the guidance of a mental health professional, an analysis published Wednesday by the New England Journal of Medicine found.The study by Kaiser Permanente focused specifically on a series of apps developed to treat patients with mild to moderate anxiety, depression and insomnia."
